Tuna Salad

Tuna salad is so classic for lunch.  When I found this one I thought it great that it was so low & calories & sounded so delicious.  It's nothing to fancy but, it works for the work week.

Yields 4 servings.
135 calories per serving.

INGREDIENTS
2 cans tuna, in water
3 stalks celery, chopped
1 medium carrot, chopped
1/2 medium red pepper, chopped
1/4 c light mayonnaise
3 tbsp non-fat plain yogurt
1 tbsp lemon juice
Black pepper, to taste

DIRECTIONS
Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
Best served cold
