INGREDIENTS
2 c cubed ham
2 pkgs dry au gratin potato mix
1/4 c red pepper, chopped
1 can condensed cheddar cheese soup
3 c water
DIRECTIONS
Place slow cooker liner in crockpot.
Place ham, potato mix (& seasoning packets), & pepper in crock pot.
In a medium bowl, gradually stir the water into the soup.
Pour over mixture in slow cooker.
Cover & cook for 7 - 8 hours on low or 3 - 4 hours on high.
