INGREDIENTS
1 tbsp flour
1 tbsp chili powder
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
2 tbsp vegetable oil
10 oz marinara sauce
1/4 c cheddar cheese, shredded
DIRECTIONS
Stir flour & chili powder on a plate.
Coat chicken with mixture.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the chicken & cook for 10 minutes.
Add the marinara & heat to a boil.
Reduce heat to low.
Cover & cook for 5 minutes.
Top with cheese.
