INGREDIENTS
15 oz black eyed peas, rinsed & drained
14 oz artichoke hearts, drained & cut up
1/2 c mixed salad greens, torn
1/4 c creamy Caeser dressing
1/4 tsp black pepper
DIRECTIONS
In a medium bowl combine all ingredients except dressing.
Pour dressing over top.
Toss to coat.
