INGREDIENTS
16 oz rustic loaf
3 garlic cloves, peeled & left whole
3 ripe medium tomatoes, halved
Salt & pepper, to taste
Olive oil spray
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 375.
Slice bread into 8 pieces.
Place on a baking sheet, spray with olive oil spray, & season with salt & pepper.
Bake for about 5 minutes.
Remove from oven.
While bread is still warm, rub the garlic cloves over the surface.
Rub tomatoes halves over top.
Serve immediately.
