1/2 jar sundried tomato alfredo sauce
15 oz diced tomatoes
1 large zucchini, sliced
1/4 medium onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 tbsp olive oil
2 c tri coloured pasta
Cook pasta according to directions.
Meanwhile, heat oil in a large pan.
Add zucchini, onion, & garlic.
Saute for about 10 minutes, or until zucchini begins to brown.
Add tomato & alfredo sauce.
Let simmer for about 5 minutes.
Place pasta in a large bowl.
Pour vegetables over top & stir together.
