INGREDIENTS
1/2 c sugar
1/2 c brown sugar
2 tbsp butter, melted
1 egg white
2 tbsp applesauce
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 c whole wheat flour
1/2 c all purpose flour
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 chocolate chip cookies
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350.
Lightly spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray.
In a bowl combine flours, baking soda, & salt and stir to blend.
In another bowl whisk together the sugars, butter, applesauce, egg white, & vanilla until fluffy.
Whisk the dry ingredients in two additions until the batter is well blended.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Bake 10 minutes.
Let sit for 5 minutes before removing from cookie sheet.
