Pepperoni Cheese Bake

Yields 6 servings.
192 calories per serving.

This was a quick & easy breakfast that was so delicious.

INGREDIENTS
1/2 c pepperoni, diced
8 oz mozzarella cheese, shredded
5 eggs
3/4 c milk



DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 400.

Grease a 9-inch pie pan and layer in with the mozzarella cheese & pepperoni.
Whisk eggs & milk together & pour over the cheese.
Bake for 20 - 25 minutes.
