INGREDIENTS
6 oz farfalle
1 tbsp olive oil
1 medium onion, chopped
1 c sliced mushrooms
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 c spinach
1/8 tsp pepper
2 tbsp parmesan, shredded
DIRECTIONS
Cook pasta according to box.
Drain well & set aside.
Meanwhile, in a large skillet heat oil over medium heat.
Add onion, mushrooms, and garlic; cook and stir until mushrooms are tender.
Stir in spinach & pepper & cook until spinach is wilted.
Stir in cooked pasta & toss to mix.
