Recipe adapted from Velveeta
Yields 6 servings
348 calories per serving
INGREDIENTS
1 lb ground turkey
2 3/4 c water
1/3 c ketchup
1 tsp onion powder
1 box whole wheat rotini, uncooked
1/2 lb light Velveeta, cut into cubes
DIRECTIONS
Brown meat in a large skillet.
Drain & place back in the skillet.
Add water, ketchup, & onion powder and mix well.
Bring to a boil, stir in pasta, cover, & cook for 10 minutes.
Stir in cheese & cook until melted; stir occasionally.
