INGREDIENTS
8 oz whole wheat penne
1/2 c frozen peas
10 can mild diced tomatoes & chillies, undrained
8 oz 1/3 less fat cream cheese
1/2 c shredded cheddar cheese
3/4 c cooked lean ham, chopped
DIRECTIONS
Cook pasta according to package directions omitting salt.
Add peas last 2 minutes of cooking time.
Drain & set aside.
In the pot used for pasta, combine all remaining ingredients.
Cook & stir over medium heat until cheese melts & mixture is bubbly.
Stir in pasta & peas.
