INGREDIENTS
4 c low-sodium chicken broth
2 c brown rice
1/2 c margarine
Black pepper, to taste
DIRECTIONS
Place chicken broth & rice in a large pot.
Bring to a boil, reduce to low heat, cover & simmer for 15 minutes.
Add margarine & black pepper to rice & let simmer for 5 more minutes.
