Spiced Asparagus

Another thing I love right now is asparagus.  It doesnt take very long to prepare & it's always delicious, any time of the year.

Recipe from Eating Well
Yields 4 servings
62 calories per serving


INGREDIENTS
1 tbsp olive oil
2 bunches asparagus, cut into 1 in pieces
1 tbsp water
1 tsp paprika
3/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp red-wine vinegar

DIRECTIONS
Heat oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
Add aspargus & water.
Cook, stirring often, for 4 -5 minutes.
Add paprika, garlic powder, & salt.
Cook for another minute, remove from heat, & add vinegar.
Stir to coat.
