INGREDIENTS
2 large potatoes
Olive oil cooking spray
6 tbsp parmesan cheese, shredded
2 tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 400.
Slice potato & place in a large bowl.
Spray with olive oil & add cheese, garlic powder, & salt.
Toss gently to coat.
Arrange potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes.
