INGREDIENTS
1 15oz cans chick peas
1 small red onion, chopped
1 small red pepper, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
2 tbsp rosemary
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
3 tsbp olive oil
Black pepper, to taste
DIRECTIONS
In a small bowl, whisk together vinegar and olive oil.
In a larger bowl combine all other ingredients.
Pour vinegar and olive oil combination over other ingredients and stir to coat.
